Our recommended cocktail this time is the Ruby Cooler - a gorgeous long mix of fruit flavours. Made with Disaronno Amaretto which gives hints of marzipan and 'bakewell tart' sweetness, plus De Kuyper Crème de Bananes for the banana flavour, a measure of De Kuyper Grenadine for a full pomegranate flavour and then topped up with orange juice. For the best taste, we recommend that all the ingredients are shaken together well and strained into a highball glass half filled with cubed ice.
