Forget
the bitterly cold winter weather and dream
of blue summer skies or the prospect of  next
year’s holiday on an exotic beach gazing
into a crystal blue sea with our cocktail of
the month.
This gorgeous
cocktail is made with De
Kuyper Blue Curacao, white
rum (we recommend Bacardi) plus grapefruit
juice and soda to top up. All you need to
do is mix all the ingredients (except the
soda) together in a mixing jug with ice and
pour with the ice into a highball
glass. Then top up with soda as desired.
Just the
thing to raise your spirits and get rid of
