Method:

Unusually this cocktail starts with the garnish! Place some slices of zest of orange into a highball glass. Fill half the glass with ice cubes. Add the Rémy Martin VSOP Cognac and the Angostura Bitters then top up with ginger ale. Stir gently to release the flavours.
