Method:

Shake all the ingredients together with lots of ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.

Additional notes:

Nothing at all to do with the British Broadcasting Corporation (!), this cocktail is named for Bénédictine, Brandy and Cream! Bénédictine and Brandy is already a well established serve, the addition of cream and milk enriches the recipe for added cocktail indulgence.

Garnish:

Sprinkle with freshly grated nutmeg.
