Cointreau Caipirinha
Ingredients:

0.5 Lime
Liquid volume = 50ml*
Alcoholic units = 2*
Alcohol by volume (ABV) = 40.0%*

Method:

Cut half a lime into 3 pieces and crush it into a tumbler glass. Leave the lime pieces in the glass and fill with crushed ice. Pour in the Cointreau over the crushed ice. Serve with a straw.

Additional notes:

A cool and fruity serve of Cointreau – showing a French twist on a Brazilian cocktail traditionally featuring cachaça. Try and use limes with nice clean skins to give the cocktail a vivid burst of colour!

Garnish:

No need as the lime pieces are already in the cocktail!
