Cointreau Caipirinha

Method:
Cut half a lime into 3 pieces and crush it into a tumbler glass. Leave the lime pieces in the glass and fill with crushed ice. Pour in the Cointreau over the crushed ice. Serve with a straw.
Additional notes:A cool and fruity serve of Cointreau – showing a French twist on a Brazilian cocktail traditionally featuring cachaça. Try and use limes with nice clean skins to give the cocktail a vivid burst of colour! |
Garnish:No need as the lime pieces are already in the cocktail!
